When it began to look like we were going to buy this house, Rob and I began to dream up big picture ideas about what we could do with this house. Adding suites, renovating rooms, and family events we could hold.
One of our first thoughts was sharing this home with others, not just family but those passionate about Victoria's history and heritage.
We wanted to rejuvenate the house with the lives being lived and shared within.
First fire in the home.
I reached out to the Victoria Film Commission to see about having the house added to possible film locations and I also reached out to the local media to see if they were interested in doing a story about the house.
The past week were visited by a local news channel and they did a quick feature on us that ran on this weekends news.
It was very exciting and we are hoping that this is just the beginning of sharing this magnificent home.
